The essence of the 2010 budget UMNO Youth Division Ampang
* 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) will create a corporate social responsibility fund totaling RM100 million as a start to finance community activities.
* The government will increase tax incentives to healthcare providers who offer services to foreign health tourists, with the exception of income tax of 50 percent on the value of increased exports to 100 percent.
* RM149 million allocation to develop food farming industry such as food, vegetables, organic farming, herbs, seaweeds and swiftlet nests
* Provision chalet center of RM9 billion for infrastructure projects funded, with RM4.7 billion for road and bridge projects, RM2.6 billion for water supply and sewerage services, RM899 million for rail facilities, RM820 million for port and marine services as well as RM276 million for airport project fly
* Allocate RM538 million to implement various programs to RM281 million SMEs with state economic development corporations, RM200 million and RM57 million TEKUN to buy business premises, infrastructure chalet center and so on.
* Create a RM1.5 billion fund to enable companies that supply and utilize green technology chalet center soft loans to finance their activities, with RM50 million chalet center and RM10 million companies producing for the consumer. Loan applications can be made through the National chalet center Green Technology Centre. This scheme is expected to benefit chalet center more than 140 companies and started on January 1, 2010
* Building owners who earn the Green Building Index (GBI) from 24 October 2009 to 31 December 2014 income tax exemption equivalent to the additional chalet center capital expenditure for obtaining the certificate
* Liberalising commission sharing arrangements between stockbrokers and remisiers by allowing flexible brokerage sharing at a minimum chalet center rate of 40 percent and fully liberalize komisten sharing effect January 1, 2011
* The Government will ensure that regional development corridors developed on schedule. So far 126 of the 195 projects chalet center in various stages of implementation planning. Planned investments amounting to RM221 billion had surpassed the Ninth Malaysia Plan expenditure target of RM145 billion
* Allow 100 percent foreign equity participation in corporate finance and financial planning.
* Government proposes income tax for Malaysian workers and foreign workers residing and working in Iskandar Malaysia by 15 per cent compared to a maximum of 26 percent for the whole country
